THIS "GAME" IS NOT AT ALL WHAT I WAS EXPECTING. IT MADE ME FEEL WEIRD AND UNCOMFORTABLE. VERY FEW GAMES ACHIEVE THAT. I DON'T KNOW IF THE PHONE CALLS WERE REAL. BUT IT FREAKED ME OUT. WELL DONE! KEEP IT UP.
Clicking on Download gets you the file "Maple County.zip" (Windows doesn't show the extensions by default) it's a compressed "zip" folder.
Decompress it by right click it and select "Extract to..." or something similar. Then from your new uncompressed "normal" folder launch "Maple County.exe"
Played this to wrap up an Itch.io horror pack we did recently. Very engaging narrative, the perspective walking around the house was amazing for how short the game it was and left us both very impressed. It would be awesome to see more of this, I would love to support a full-length game of this style and quality. Great job overall, it was a perfect way to wrap up our video. Our playthrough of it starts around 40 minutes and 30 seconds in :)
I'm having problems playing the game when there is 3D rendering. I was wondering if there is a way to configure the graphics settings for this game as there are no settings available. If it's possible I'd like to turn the graphics down so that my computer does not lose the display signal. Thanks.
Thank you for defending me, I greatly appreciate it. The issue regarding my PC has never been resolved therefore I've given up on launching the game. I tend to lose display signal with almost every game I play and my PC becomes unresponsive. I believe this issue is due to the power supply being outdated. It's a 700w uncertified PSU that was installed when my PC had other issues. My graphics card is a GTX 1060 6GB model so I'm confident it's not a GPU problem.

How come the download isn't working? I have popup blockers turned off, but when I click the download button, it just says "thanks for downloading" and nothing actually downloads
I enjoyed it very much, I sort of wish there was more to it than just this. For example have more stages instead of just having stage one! But im not complaining, I really really enjoyed it!
This game is one of the most horrifying games I've ever played. As suppose to other games that relay on jump scares. The vibe was really terrifying and will make your hair stand from start to finish.

it's a hella concept of a game knowing it's mandela catalogue inspired story. shame it was short,but atleast i enjoyed every bit of it
